Refrigerated Air Dryers
Dry, condensate-free air for your plant, with no compressed air spent drying.
Our refrigerated air dryers cool your compressed air until its excess water vapour condenses, drain that water away, then rewarm the air before it leaves. They deliver a pressure dew point as low as +3 °C, so no liquid forms anywhere your network stays above that temperature, which covers most indoor systems.

Heated Desiccant Dryers
Deep, stable dew points for your air, with heat doing the regeneration.
When your lines run outdoors or through cold rooms, our heated desiccant dryer takes your air to a pressure dew point of −40 °C as standard. Two towers take turns: one dries while the other is regenerated with heat, so little dry air is spent on purging and drying never stops.

Heatless Desiccant Dryers
Deep dew points without heaters, for hazardous areas and remote sites.
Our heatless desiccant dryer takes your air to pressure dew points as low as −70 °C, regenerating with a share of its own dried air instead of heaters, blowers or steam. Two towers swap roles every few minutes, so drying never stops and your outlet dew point holds steady.

Breathing Air Systems
Your plant’s compressed air, made safe to breathe.
Air straight from a compressor carries oil, water, pipe scale and sometimes carbon monoxide, and an airline respirator delivers all of it to the lungs. Our breathing air system treats your plant air in fixed stages, filtering, drying, converting carbon monoxide and removing odour, to the limits of EN 12021:2014.

Hydrogen Dryers & De-Oxo Units
Electrolytic hydrogen purified of oxygen and water, ready for fuel cells.
Every electrolyser releases oxygen and water vapour with its hydrogen. Our unit removes both in series: a catalyst recombines the oxygen with hydrogen to form water, then twin molecular sieve towers dry the gas. You receive hydrogen with oxygen and water each below 5 ppmv, the ISO 14687:2019 Grade D limits for fuel cell vehicles.

Biogas & Natural Gas Dryers
Dry, condensate-free fuel gas for your engines, boilers and upgrading plant.
Biogas leaves the digester fully saturated, and every cooler metre of pipe condenses water that blocks lines, corrodes equipment and trips engines. Our dryer chills the gas so its water condenses and drains through sealed traps, then reheats it well below saturation. Built for hazardous areas, it keeps all gas in a closed path.

CO₂ Dryers
Beverage-grade dry CO₂ for your recovery plant, with no gas vented.
Recovered CO₂ is saturated with water that would freeze in your liquefier and form carbonic acid in storage. Our CO₂ dryer adsorbs that water in twin desiccant towers, to below the beverage-grade limit of 20 ppm v/v, and returns its regeneration gas to your compressor suction, so the CO₂ used is recovered.

Membrane Dryers
Dry air at the point of use, with no power and no moving parts.
Many machines need drier air than your network can supply. Our membrane dryer dries it right where it is used: water vapour passes through the walls of polymer hollow fibres and is swept away, while the air flows on. It runs silently and continuously, with no electricity, no cycling valves and no condensate to drain.
