Coalescing Filters
Takes oil and water aerosols out of your air, down to 0.01 mg/m³.
Oil mist and water fog travel in droplets too small for any separator or receiver to catch. Our coalescing filters trap them in a dense fibre bed, merge them into drops that drain away automatically, and lock fine dirt into the media. Choose general-purpose or high-efficiency grades, or both in series.

Particulate Filters
Dry, dust-free air for your plant, down to 0.01 µm particles.
Desiccant dryers and carbon beds shed dust, and older pipework adds rust and scale. Our particulate filter catches these solids in a fibrous or sintered medium, after your dryer or ahead of sensitive equipment, and delivers air to a defined ISO 8573-1:2010 particle class. It works on dry air, so it needs no drain.

Compressed Air Duplex Filters
Change filter elements without interrupting your air supply.
When your process runs around the clock, a filter change means a shutdown or a bypass that sends unfiltered air downstream. Our duplex filter places two identical filter paths in parallel. Switch the flow to the standby path, change the element in the other, and your users keep receiving filtered air at line pressure.

High Pressure Filters
Certified air purity for your high-pressure lines, up to 350 bar g.
PET blow moulding, marine starting air, breathing air and cylinder filling all need clean air far above plant pressure. Our high pressure filters remove particles and oil and water aerosols, and oil vapour in the carbon grade, in housings designed, certified and pressure tested as pressure equipment to contain the energy of dense gas.

High Temperature Filters
Particle-free compressed air and gas where your process runs hot.
Hot pipework, heaters and furnace halls shed scale, rust and carbon into air that is used before it cools. Our high temperature filter removes these particles at process temperature, commonly up to about 200 °C, with an element, seals and housing that keep their efficiency and pressure rating through repeated heating and cooling.

Ammonia and Refrigerant Filters
Keeps compressor oil out of your condensers and evaporators.
Oil mist that escapes your refrigeration compressor settles where the refrigerant is coldest, coating evaporators and pooling in low-pressure vessels. Our pressure-rated coalescing filters capture it from the discharge gas and return the oil to the compressor, while particulate elements guard suction and valves. They suit ammonia, CO₂, hydrocarbon, HFC and HFO circuits.

Oxygen Filters
Particle-free oxygen for your system, without adding an ignition source.
In pressurised oxygen, a particle striking a valve seat or regulator orifice can ignite, and then ignite the material it hits. Our oxygen filter captures weld slag, scale and wear debris upstream of those points. Every material is chosen for oxygen service and every surface cleaned of hydrocarbons, so the filter adds no fuel.

Silicone-Free Filters
Crater-free paint finishes, from air free of paint-wetting contaminants.
A trace of silicone on a surface about to be painted leaves a crater in the finish. Our silicone-free filters remove particles, oil aerosol and siloxane vapour from your air, and every wetted part, from housing to seals and drain, is made without silicone, so the filter itself releases no paint-wetting substances.

Medical Vacuum Filters
Keeps pathogens from hospital suction away from your pumps and exhaust.
Every medical suction point draws air from a patient, carrying blood, mucus and the microorganisms in them to your vacuum plant. Our bacteria filters retain above 99.995 % of the test aerosol, installed in duplex so one element can be changed while wards and theatres keep full vacuum. A drainage trap collects liquid.

Hydrogen Filters
Particle, aerosol and oil-free hydrogen, from electrolyser to dispenser.
Particles, electrolyte mist and compressor oil can do irreversible damage to fuel cell membranes and catalysts. Our hydrogen filters combine coalescing, activated carbon and particulate stages with materials, seals, earthing and drains qualified for hydrogen at full design pressure, protecting your purifiers, compressors and consumers from electrolyser outlet to vehicle dispenser.

CNG Filters
Oil-free, particle-free natural gas from your compressor to the vehicle.
Lubricated CNG compressors leave oil in the gas as a sub-micron mist, and pipelines carry rust, scale and black powder. Our CNG filters capture both at your station’s inlet, compressor discharge and dispenser, at full working pressure, typically 200–300 bar on the discharge side. They serve bio-CNG plants too.
